In January 2004, SKG Engineering purchased the interest of SK Engineering, which began its operations in 1977 as a consulting engineering and surveying company. The company now offers geotechnical, environmental, laboratory, and construction material testing services to complement those originally provided.
In 2012, SKG Engineering purchased Greystone Engineering, Inc. of San Angelo, Texas.
In 2015, SKG Engineering purchased Horizon Drilling Services, and now offers a full spectrum of geotechnical and environmental drilling and coring services.
As stated, SKG Engineering (formerly SK Engineering) has been in continuous operation since 1977. During that time, the company has always been productive and never had its stability questioned.
